Recently, the first study tour group of 2023 came to Shibadong Village.

On March 28, a study group of more than 600 students from the Fourth Junior High School in Jishou City entered the National Youth Education Base in Shibadong Village and started a study tour. On that day, children learned in detail about the story of targeted poverty alleviation and moving towards a new journey of rural revitalization in Shibadong Village through field visits.

It is understood that since Oct. 15, 2020, when Shibadong Village was listed as the "National Youth Education Base", the Shibadong Scenic Area has helped youth gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the spiritual connotation of the birthplace of targeted poverty alleviation through on-site teaching, extended teaching, listening to micro-party lessons, watching videos and other forms. Now Shibadong Village is becoming a popular place for young people across the country to carry out study tour.
